After the examination for license updating Insurance Company "MOLDOVA-ASTROVAZ" SA (str. A. Şciusev 42, mun., IDNO 1003600005344) addresses the inclusion of a new activity by licensed annex to the license and the exclusion of other addresses under article 8 c) and article 25 par. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no .117-126 BIS), Art. 14 (6) and para. (7), Article 15, Article 18 para. (6) and para. (8) of Law No. 451-XV from 30.07. 2001 "on regulating the licensing of entrepreneurial activity" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr.26-28, art.95)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES:
1. It offers to change the license of the Insurance Company "MOLDOVA-ASTROVAZ" SA series NCFM no. 000 696 issued on 22 April 2011 indefinitely for the right to carry out insurance activities (insurance), by substituting Annex to License:
a) inclusion of the following addresses to conduct the licensed activity: str. Independence 123b, or.Sîngerei;
B) the exclusion of work addresses the following licensed: str.Mihai Eminescu 47A, or.Făleşti.
2.Taxa for updating the license in the amount of 585 lei and the fee for issuing a copy of the license in the amount of 585 lei paid into the budget supervisory authority.
March. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
