Following examination of the statement of license Insurance Reinsurance Broker "KEV-ASIG" SRL (bd Moscow 14, of. 3, mun., IDNO 1015600030521) and the documents attached thereto, pursuant to article 8 c) and article 25 par. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS), article 8 para. (1) c) point 34), Art. 10 (1) and para. (2), Article 18 para. (5) and para. (8) of Law No. 451-XV 30.07.2001 "on regulating the licensing of entrepreneurial activity" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr.26-28, Article 95), Article 49 and Article 50 of Law No. 407-XVI from 21.12.2006 "on insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.47-49, 213)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES:

1. It attaches Insurance Reinsurance Broker "KEV-ASIG" SRL a license for the right to carry on insurance mediation activity and / or reinsurance broker, indefinitely.
2. Licensed activity will take place at the address: str. Socoleni 17/1, mun. Chişinău.
March. The license fee in the amount of 3,250 lei and the fee for a copy of the license in the amount of 325 lei paid into the budget supervisory authority.
4. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
May. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
