Following the examination of the Declaration for release of the broker's licence Insurance-reinsurance "SOCIETIES" S.R.L. (șos. SSR 140/2, mun. Chisinau, 1010600026251), on WHOSE BEHALF under article 8 c), art. 20, para. (1), article 22 para. (2) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 8 paragraph 3. (1) (a). c) point 34), article 10 para. (1) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) article 18 para. (5) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (8) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), article 49 and article 50 of law No. 407-XVI dated 21.12.2006 "insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 47-49, art. 213), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET: 1. The broker shall be paid out of insurance-reinsurance INSURANCE "SOCIETIES" for the right license S.R.L. to conduct insurance mediation activity and/or reinsurance broker to starting date of 6 November 2015, indefinitely.
2. licensed Activity will take place at the following address: str. a. Shchusev 76/6 of 12, mun. Chişinău.
3. the fee for the issuance of licence 3 250 lei and the fee for issuing a licence in size 325 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
