The elaboration of normative documents "; considering Minutes no. 07 of September 7, 2015 meeting of the Technical Committee CT-C 05 "Normative and methodical organizational standards"

ORDER:

1. NCM normative document is approved C.04.04: 2015 'floors. Design rules ".
2. NCM normative document C.04.04: 2015 'floors. Design rules "shall be implemented starting with the date 01/01/2016.
March. Department technical and economic regulations will:
- Recording is this normative document established;
- Ensure publication of this order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova;
- Put this normative document on the website of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction: www.ednc.gov.md under "Building Regulations" and www.mdrc.gov.md order on the website, under "Transparency decision - Documents approved ";
- Ensure multiplication and publication in the established norm.
4. Control over the execution of this order is the responsibility of Mr. Anatolie Zolotcov deputy minister.
