Village Council Secretary Ciuflești, Căușeni district, Central Election Commission requests the resignation of Councilors elected on list Pirlog S. Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and Cananău Gail elected democratic party list, as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents in its possession, Central Electoral Commission, mandates village Council Ciuflești under alternate candidates in the list L Daniels of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and from the list of Bahmani Raisa Democratic Party of Moldova. Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court of 26 June 2015 from Moldova. The award of mandates have been taken into account the applicant's Declaration on the alternate list Lambert Ion Moldovan Democratic Party by which it refuses the assignment of counsel.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with section 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Amounts in connection with applications for resignation, the mandates of elected councilors Pirlog S. list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and Cananău Gail elected democratic party list in Ciuflești Village Council.
2. assign mandates village Council Ciuflești, Căușeni, alternate candidates in the list L Daniels of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and from the list of Bahmani Raisa Democratic Party of Moldova.
3. preavizează Daniels Advisors L and Bahmani Raisa on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in its case.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
