(2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES:

1. Records in the state register of securities: Securities 1.1
according to reports on results of additional issue of shares of joint stock company "radiant" (str. Columna 170/3, mun., IDNO 1002600036255) amounting of 8,134,807 lei in number of 173 081 ordinary shares with nominal value of 47 lei with state registration number MD14RADI1003 account debt conversion creditors.
1.2 Reduction of share capital of the Company "UNIT" (str. Stefan cel Mare 2, v. Redi-Cereşnovăţ rayon Soroca, IDNO 1003607010659) with 774 655 lei by decreasing the nominal value of 10 lei 5 lei. Company's share capital after the reduction will be 774 655 lei, divided into 154 931 ordinary shares with nominal value of 5 lei with state registration number MD14NINT1004.
2. This decision shall enter into force in accordance with art. 22 of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market".
