After the examination for license updating Insurance Reinsurance Broker "SOCIÉTÉDE COURTAGE" SRL (str. Bucureşti 17, of.1, mun., IDNO 1007600068877) regarding change of name under article 8 c) and Article .25 par. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS), Article 15, Article .18 par. (6) and para. (8) of Law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 "on regulating the licensing of entrepreneurial activity" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr.26-28 , article 95)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES:

1. It offers to change the license of Asigurare Reinsurance Broker "SOCIÉTÉDE DE COURTAGE" SRL series nr.000710 NCFM issued on 1 March 2013, indefinitely, for the right to carry out intermediary activity in insurance and reinsurance broker, by changing the name of the Broker Insurance Reinsurance "BLAJCO ASIST" SRL in Reinsurance Broker "company COURTAGE" SRL, the issuance of a new license form.
2. It is recognized invalid license form NCFM nr.000710 series, previously issued Broker Insurance - Reinsurance "BLAJCO ASIST" SRL
March. The fee for updating the license in the amount of 325 lei paid into the budget supervisory authority.
4. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
May. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
