For enforcement of Law No. 131-XVI of 7 June 2007 on road safety (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic, 2015 nr.11-21, art. 6), as amended and supplemented, road transport No Code . 150 of 17 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014 nr.247-248, art. 568) and in connection with implementation of the Moldovan Standard SM 122: 2014 'Road vehicles. Registration plates for motor vehicles and trailers "approved by the National Institute of Standards nr.372 decision of 6 October 2014, the Government DECIDES:
Government Decision nr.1047 of 8 November 1999" On reorganization automated information search system " the car "in the State Register of transport and the introduction of testing vehicles and their trailers" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999 nr.126-127, art.1113), as amended and supplemented, is hereby amended as follows: || | 1) throughout the text of the decision, Annexes, including the titles of Annexes, the words "technical testing" in any grammatical case, substitute the words "periodical inspection" at the appropriate grammatical case;
2) in paragraph 5 of decision, the word "departments" are replaced by "central administrative authorities subordinate to the Government";
3) in paragraph 47 of Annex 1, the text "MS-122 of 10 January 1996" license plates of vehicles. Technical conditions "are replaced by" MS 122: 2014 'Road vehicles. Registration plates for motor vehicles and trailers ";
4) into Annex. 2:
a) in section 8, paragraph first reads as follows:
"The information from the State Register of Transport registration, re-registration and cancellation of registration of vehicles belonging to legal entities and trucks, trailers and semitrailers , as well as the buses belonging to individuals is accessed by the Ministry of Defense and military centers through automated information systems. "
B) in paragraph 13:
first paragraph reads as follows:
"The procedure of state registration and state registration shall be effected only after the current compulsory identification of the vehicle by an expert in identifying vehicles. Second paragraph is repealed;
