Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - the state social insurance budget law for 2015 No. 73 of April 12, 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 102-104, art. 174), as amended, is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. In Article 1, the figures "13,478,315.4" "13,566,472.8" and "88157.7" are replaced respectively by numbers "13,619,651.3" "13,670,598.1" and "50946.8".
2. Law is supplemented by Article 81 as follows:
"Art. 81. - (1) The amount of monthly payments for a child under 3 years is 30% of the base laid down in art. 7 of Law no. 289-XV of 22 July 2004 on allowances for temporary disability and other social security benefits, but no less than 440 lei per child.
(2) The amount of monthly allowance for child care until the age of 1.5 years, given the uninsured, is 440 lei. "
March. Appendixes. 1 and no. 2 is replaced with the Annexes. 1 and no. 2 to this law.
Art. II. - Provisions pt. 2 of art. I apply from October 1, 2015.
