    OMAEIE108-MODIFIED T-02, MO38-42 10.02.16/19.02.16 art. 263 pursuant to art. 30 paragraph 2. (1) of law No. 595-XIV from 24 September 1999 on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 24-26, art. 137), with subsequent amendments and additions to ORDON: 1. To bring to the attention of the public as follows: a. on 23 October 2015 has entered into force the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Russian Federation regarding the delivery of goods in the framework of cooperation for the year 2015 , signed at Moscow on 13 October 2015 and to Chişinău on 23 October 2015. The text of the Protocol is attached.
b. 1 November 2015 has entered into force concerning the international treaty for plant genetic resources for food and agriculture, adopted at Rome on 3 November 2001, ratified by the law No. 94 of 14 may 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 150-159, art. 311).
c. November 1, 2015 has entered into force the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the European Patent Organization concerning the validation of European patents (Agreement validation), done at Munich on October 16, 2013, ratified by law No. 57 of 9 April 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 115-123, art. 201).
d. November 4, 2015 has entered into force the Protocol between the Department of border police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, the customs service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova and State Administration Grăniceresc Service of Ukraine, state tax service of Ukraine on organization of joint control in the international crossing point "Pervomaisc-Kuchurhan on territory of Ukraine , signed in Chisinau on 4 November 2015. The text of the Protocol is attached.
e. on 6 November 2015 has entered into force, Understanding by Exchange of notes, with regard to the correction of errors in the free trade agreement between Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Turkey, signed in Chisinau on 11 September 2014. Text Comprehension is attached.
f. on 7 November 2015 has entered into force the agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the Kingdom of Spain on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters, signed at Madrid on 22 October 2013, ratified by law No. 12 of 21 February 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no. 66-71, art. 139).
g. November 14, 2015 has entered into force the Protocol, signed in Chisinau on May 12, 2015, between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Italian Republic on implementation of the agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Community on the readmission of persons illegally present situation, signed at Brussels on 10 October 2007. The text of the Protocol is attached.
h. from 1 January 2016 will come into force the agreement on social security between the Republic of Moldova and the Kingdom of Belgium, signed at Brussels on 12 September 2012, ratified by law No. 59 of 29 March 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, no. 91, art. 286). The text of the agreement is attached.
i. At the date of 1 January 2016 will enter into force on the Administrative Arrangement, signed in Brussels on 20 may 2015 for implementation of the agreement on social security between the Republic of Moldova and the Kingdom of Belgium, signed on 12 September 2012. The text of the arrangement is attached.
j. Romanian language Text of paragraph 1 of article 46 of the Vienna Convention with regard to the law of treaties, done at Vienna on 23 May 1969, in force for the Republic of Moldova 26 January 1993 (Special Edition of the official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova the international treaties ", 1998, vol. 4, p. 53), read as follows:" the fact that the consent of a State to be bound by a treaty has been expressed with the violation of a provision of its internal law regarding competence to conclude treaties, cannot be raised by that State as Vice of consent, except only if such violation was manifest and not a rule of fundamental importance to its domestic law. "
