Government decides
:
planning methodology based on the analysis of state control risk criteria carried out by the State Energy Inspectorate of economic power plants that provide entrepreneurial activity, approved by Government Decision no.374 of 27 May 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no. 142-146, art.423) is amended and supplemented as follows:
1) in paragraph 7, subparagraphs 3) and 4) will read as follows:
"3) the complexity and technical parameters of power installations
specific reasoning: the more complicated power plants are designed for production, transportation, distribution and use of electricity (the existence of generators, boilers, power transformers, switches , overhead lines and high voltage cable etc.) to businesses, the higher the requirements are norms concerning servicing, maintenance, operation and ensuring security measures by the staff of electrical installations and the risk of failure is higher.
Categories of enterprises and their characteristics are set out in the Annex to this methodology.

4) The conditions of exploitation of energy installations and security level based on their location in the area
specific reasoning: the more severe conditions are in rooms that maintain and operate the electrical installations prescribed in the applicable fitting electrical installations Hazard electric shock, crash or explosion, the higher the requirements are to ensure the safety of installations and security personnel and the risk of failure is higher.

Categories of businesses and their feature
1. Producers of electricity and thermal management have: electric boilers for producing high pressure steam turbines, generators, power transformers and overhead lines (OHL) 110 kV etc.
2. Carriers have the management power: voltage substation with 110/35 / 10kV high voltage and LEA.
March. Distributors of electricity (power distribution network) have management: power transformers 10 / 0.4 kV, overhead lines and cable 10-0,4kV.
4. Electricity customers are grouped according to the contracted power and low voltage:
a) small consumer - contracted power does not exceed 100 kW, including voltage level to 1000 V, using lighting installations, electrical equipment, receivers and cars with voltage up to 400 V, etc .;
B) small consumer - contracted power does not exceed 100 kW including voltage over 1000V using lighting installation electroîncălzitoare, electroboilere and other production needs receivers for space heating and production, have to balance power transformers , overhead and cable lines with voltage over 1000V;
C) large consumers - contracted power exceeds 100 kW and voltage up to 1000 V, which uses the network of electric lighting production premises and territories, equipment and electric cars with voltage up to 1000 V, etc .;
D) large consumers - contracted power exceeds 100 kW and voltage 1000 V, which uses the network of electric lighting production premises and territories, electrical equipment and machinery, electroboilere, electric boilers for production and supply needs hot water etc., power transformers, overhead lines and cable voltage over 1000V "
