Under the Law no.436-XVI of 28 December 2006 on Local Government (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.32-35, Article 116), as amended and supplemented, Law No. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 on the public property of the administrative territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999 nr.124-125, art.611), as amended and supplemented, and the Law No. 121-XVI of 4 May 2007 management and privatization of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.90-93, 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. Contagion is free of charge, with the agreement of the relevant local council, the state ownership of economic management of the State Enterprise "State Registration Chamber" (founder - Ministry of Justice), public ownership of the village Gangura, Ialoveni, car SKODA OCTAVIA, engine number AKL911080, TMBCK11U022568951 body number, year of manufacture 2002.
2. Transmission mode of transport will be carried out according to the Regulation on the mode of transmission of enterprises, organizations, state institutions, their subdivisions, buildings, structures, fixed assets and other assets, approved by Government Decision 688 of 9 October 1995 ( Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, article 45), as amended and supplemented.
