Secretary of Drochia sent the Central Election Commission request to resign advisers Grădinaru Vasile elected on the list of Democratic Party, Marian Andrei selected list Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and Grozavu Igor chose the list of the Party of Communists, and the documents required award mandates adviser alternate candidates.
According to the documents it holds elections the Central Election Commission mandates councilor councilors in Drochia Nicolae Moraru their respective alternate candidates on the list of Democratic Party, Vasile Gajiu on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party and Veaceslav Belinschi the list of the Party of Communists. Lists of deputy candidates were confirmed by Drochia Court's judgment of 24 June 2015. In awarding the mandate to take into account the statement of the candidate Galina Maximciuc alternate on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party, which it refuses to award the mandate adviser.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2), paragraph 22. (1) u) and 133 para. (12) of the Electoral Code 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, mandates elected councilors Grădinaru Vasile list Democratic Party of Moldova, Marian Andrei elected Liberal Democratic Party ticket and Igor Grozavu selected list of Communists Party councilors in Drochia.
2. It assigns mandates councilor Nicolae Moraru Drochia alternate candidates on the list of Democratic Party, Vasile Gajiu on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party and Belinschi Veaceslav the Moldovan Communist Party list.
March. It preavizează advisers Nicolae Moraru, Gajiu Basil Belinschi Veaceslav the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
