Oknitsky Secretary of the Central Electoral Commission has submitted the resignation of Stanislav Bairac councilor elected on the Communist Party in Moldova and documents necessary mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the office of councilor Oknitsky lies Dumitru Mutel alternate candidate on the list of the Party of Communists of Moldova, Ocniţa confirmed by the Court's judgment of 28 June 2015. In awarding the mandate took into account the statement of the candidate Constantin Gudima alternate on the same party list, which it refuses award councilor mandate.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, Stanislav Bairac mandate of elected on the Communist Party in Moldova Ocniţa District Council.
2. Is assigned the mandate of councilors Oknitsky alternate candidate on the list Mutel Dumitru Moldovan Communist Party.
March. Dumitru is preavizează adviser Mutel the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
