Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Law no. 1036-XIII of 17 December 1996 on the prison system (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no. 183-185, art. 654), as amended, is amended as follows:
1. The title of Chapter VI reads as follows:

"Chapter VIPROTECŢIA LEGAL STAFF
prison system. FINANCIAL SUPPORT, SOCIAL AND HEALTH CARE INSURANCE
".

2. Article 30 reads as follows:
"Article 30. Social security and healthcare
the penitentiary system
and their family members
(1) Maternity, including wife penitentiary system which is its maintenance, partially paid leave for child care until the age of 3 years, leave to care for a sick child of up to 10 years and parental leave under the age of 18 suffering from oncological disease or disability affections to be granted under the general provisions.
(2) Basis of calculation and amount of compensation granted for the period when the leave provided in par. (1) shall be determined in the manner and conditions provided by Law no. 289-XV of 22 July 2004 on allowances for temporary disability and other social security benefits, similar insured persons.
(3) Remuneration for the period when the leave provided in par. (1) shall be paid at the service of the penitentiary system from the state budget.
(4) Providing pensions to the penitentiary system shall be performed in accordance with the Law on ensuring pensions for militaries and body control and troops of the internal affairs bodies no. 1544-XII of 23 June 1993 taking into account facilities established in Art. 33 para. (2) and (3) of this law.
(5) Pensions penitentiary system shall be established by the retirement body of the Prison Department.
(6) Employees of the prison system and their family members residing jointly entitled to free health care provided by medical and prophylactic institutions of the Ministry of Interior, including after retirement. "
March. Article 34 is repealed.
Art. II. - Article 14 of Law no. 162-XVI of 22 July 2005 on the status of the military (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 129-131, art. 618), as amended, is amended as follows:
to (6) letter g) the words "under the age of 16 years" is replaced by "under the age of 18";
In paragraph (71), the words "under the age of 16 years" is replaced by "under the age of 18".
Art. III. - Article 31 of the Law on Civil Protection and Emergencies no. 93-XVI of 5 April 2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 78-81, art. 358), as amended, reads as follows:
"Article 31. Social insurance
(1 ) maternity, including his wife Service employees who are its maintenance, partially paid leave for child care until the age of 3 years, leave to care for a sick child of up to 10 years and parental leave aged up to 18 years suffering from oncological disease or disability affections to be granted under the general provisions.
(2) Basis of calculation and amount of compensation granted for the period when the leave provided in par. (1) shall be determined in the manner and conditions provided by Law no. 289-XV of 22 July 2004 on allowances for temporary disability and other social security benefits, similar insured persons.
(3) Remuneration for the period when the leave provided in par. (1) shall be paid at the service of Service officer from the state budget.
(4) Providing pensions to employees is carried out in accordance with the Law on ensuring pensions for militaries and body control and troops of the internal affairs bodies no. 1544-XII of 23 June 1993. "

Art. IV. - Article 50 of Law no. 170-XVI of 19 July 2007 on the status of intelligence and security officer (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 171-174, art. 667), as amended, is amended and supplemented as follows:
(4) reads as follows:
"(4) maternity, including intelligence officer wife who is dependent on him, partially paid leave to care for a child under 3 years parental leave sick at the age of 10 years and parental leave under the age of 18 suffering from oncological disease or disability affections to be granted under the general provisions. "
article is supplemented by paragraphs (41) and (42) as follows:
"(41) basis of calculation and amount of compensation granted for the period when the leave provided in par. (4) shall be determined in the manner and conditions provided by Law no. 289-XV of 22 July 2004 on allowances for temporary disability and other social security benefits, similar insured persons.
(42) Remuneration for the period when the leave provided in par. (4) shall be paid at the service of intelligence officers from the state budget. "
Art. V. - Article 47 of Law no. 283 of 28 December 2011 on Border Police (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 76-80, art. 245), as amended, shall be supplemented by paragraphs (3) - (5) as follows:
"(3) maternity, including border policeman's wife who is dependent on him, partially paid leave for child care until the age of 3 years, leave to care for a sick child of up to 10 years parental leave under the age of 18 suffering from oncological disease or disability affections to be granted under the general provisions.
(4) Basis of calculation and amount of compensation granted for the period when the leave provided in par. (3) shall be determined in the manner and conditions provided by Law no. 289-XV of 22 July 2004 on allowances for temporary disability and other social security benefits, similar insured persons.
(5) Remuneration for the period when the leave provided in par. (3) shall be paid at the border guard service of the state budget. "
Art. VI. - Article 37 of Law no. 320 of 27 December 2012 on police work and police status (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, no. 42-47, art. 145), as amended, is amended and supplemented as follows:
paragraph (4) reads as follows:
"(4) maternity, including the policeman's wife who is dependent on him, partially paid leave for child care until the age of 3 years, leave to care for a sick child of up to 10 years and parental leave under the age of 18 suffering from oncological disease or disability affections to be granted under the general provisions. "
article is supplemented by paragraphs (5) and (6) as follows:
"(5) basis of calculation and amount of compensation granted for the period when the leave provided in par. (4) shall be determined in the manner and conditions provided by Law no. 289-XV of 22 July 2004 on allowances for temporary disability and other social security benefits, similar insured persons.
(6) Remuneration for the period when the leave provided in par. (4) shall be paid at the service of the police of the state budget. "
