The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I.-Law nr. 1591-XV of 26 December 2002 on the supplementary social protection to owners of pensions and of some categories of population (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, no.1-2, art. 6), as amended, is modified and completed as follows: 1. The Act is supplemented by articles 15 and 16 having following contents: "Art. 15.-is established, starting 1 July 2016, a monthly State allowance pension beneficiaries, as laid down in the public social insurance system, who worked until reaching retirement age or further enables educational institutions from the left side of Nistru River and Bender town, subordinated to the Ministry of education of the Republic of Moldova (a list of which is set out in annex) , residing in the left side of Nistru River and do not receive pensions established by the Tiraspol administration.
Art. 16.-shall be established starting 1 July 2016, a monthly State allowance women aged between 55 and 57 years and men aged between 60 and 62 years of age who are employed in educational institutions from the left side of Nistru River and Bender town, subordinated to the Ministry of education of the Republic of Moldova (a list of which is set out in annex) , residing in the left side of Nistru River and do not receive pensions established by the Tiraspol administration. "
2. In article 2: unique will become paragraph (1) and fill in the introductory part, the words ' after 1 July 2014 ", the text", while under article 4. 15 and 6 starting July 1, 2016 ";
article is completed (2) having the following content: "(2) if the falling into several categories of beneficiaries that entitlement to monthly allowance by the State provided for in law, the person will establish a single allowance."
Art. II.-the Government within a month, will bring its normative acts in compliance with this law.
