Municipal Council Secretary Saseni, Calarasi district, the Central Election Commission submitted the resignation of councilor elected on the list Hajime Elena Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, as well as documents for the award next mandate adviser alternate candidate.
Examined the documents submitted, the Commission noted that the declaration of consent to alternate candidate on the list Godoroja Peter Liberal Democratic Party is not certified as required in section. 29 and Annex. 2 of the Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013 and therefore raises council mandate.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) and paragraph 22 (1) u) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with section. 5:30 p.m. of Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, Elena Hajime mandate of the elected Liberal Democratic Party ticket in the Communal Council Saseni.
2. Declare vacant a term of municipal councils Saseni, Calarasi district.
March. Secretary Saseni municipal council within 10 days, will submit necessary documents to the Central Electoral award next mandate alternate candidate on the party list mentioned above.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
