Secretary of village Larga, Cantemir, conveyed the Central Election Commission request to resign advisers Tarnovschi Dumitru Bucur Elena elected on the list of the electoral bloc "Platform European People of Moldova - Iurie Leanca" and Pîrvan Maria chosen on the list of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, and the documents required following the award mandates councilor candidates.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission mandates advisor in their respective Village Council Larguta alternate candidates Grigory Baba, Ala Raicu on the list Electoral Bloc "Moldova European People's Platform - Iurie Leanca" and Botezatu of Vasilii the Liberal Democratic Party ticket. Lists of deputy candidates were confirmed by Cantemir Court's judgment of 24 June 2015. The mandate award took into account the statement of the candidate Vasile alternate Bagrin the Liberal Democratic Party, which refuses award councilor mandate.
Pursuant to art. 18, art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with requests for resignation, councilors mandates Tarnovschi Dumitru Bucur Elena elected on the list of the electoral bloc "People's Platform of European Moldova - Iurie Leanca" and Pîrvan Maria chosen on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party in the Village Council enlargement.
2. It assigns mandates of Village Council adviser in broad Cantemir, alternate candidates Grigory Baba, Ala Raicu on the list Electoral Bloc "Moldova European People's Platform - Iurie Leanca" Botezatu Vasilii and the Liberal Democratic Party ticket.
March. Grigory Baba is preavizează advisers, Ala Raicu and Botezatu Vasilii the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
