In October 2015 was carried out the activity of the following distributors: "REBDACONS S.R.L.", "SPECTRAL" GROUP S.R.L., SKY-MAX VIDEOMAG S.R.L. "," "," ADEVINA S.R.L. "S.R.L.," TERINIS-PLUS "S.R.L.," INNOCENT, "the village" JERRY S.R.L.-F "S.R.L.," MEDIA ", S.G.B. S.R.L." ARTOBAGO S.R.L. "," GERDAN "S.R.L. 5 TV, "and" BETATVCOM "S.R.L." S.R.L.
As a result of control were identified deviations from the law in force at the enterprises: "REBDACONS S.R.L.", "SPECTRAL" GROUP S.R.L., SKY-MAX VIDEOMAG S.R.L. "," "," ADEVINA S.R.L. "S.R.L.," TERINIS-PLUS "S.R.L.," INNOCENT, "the village" JERRY S.R.L.-F "S.R.L.," MEDIA ", S.G.B. S.R.L." ARTOBAGO "S.R.L.", "and" GERDAN S.R.L. 5 TV "S.R.L.
I. "REBDACONS" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "Rise-TV" in three Saints, Straseni) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000137 from 25.03.2011 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 7 TV channels: и Охота рыбалка, Euro TV, Мир ТВ, Animal Planet, TV Дом кино, Alt and Super TV;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 8 TV: Kanal D, Vocea Basarabiei НТВ Плюс, Кинохит, reality TV, Channel, Boomerang, TV 1000 RK and Fishing & Hunting.
II. "SPECTRAL" GROUP S.R.L. (founder of "Extra TV TV Studio" from Bardar, Ialoveni) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000130 from at 17.12.2010 (annex 1). Namely:-offer the services of approved programs is not retransmitted station DW;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV: reality TV and Moldova-Sport.
III. "SKY-MAX" S.R.L. (the founder of SKY TV-Studio MAX from Sam, mun. Chisinau) do not meet the conditions of the Authorization relay series AB nr. 000188 from 19.03.2014 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 8 TV stations: Publika TV, Super TV, Gaming, TV, TV 5 Monde, Europa Plus Moldova TV, Focus TV, Other TV and Euro TV; 
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV stations: Мир 24 and Сарафан.
IV. VIDEOMAG S.R.L. "" ("foundress" TV Studio in Videomag Colibaşi, r-nul Cahul) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000113 from 03.09.2010 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 2 TV stations: Belarus TV and RBK. 
V. "ADEVINA" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "Adevina TV" in s. Meslin, r-nul Cahul) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000144 from 18.05.2011 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 13 TV stations; 3 channel, Pro TV Chisinau, Moldova Ru TV, reality TV, N 4, CTC, nit, Bravo, Alt TV, Gurinel TV, TVR Sports, part of Moldova and TV 5;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV stations: Zvezda and TV 3.
Vi. "TERINIS-PLUS" S.R.L., (founder of TV Studio "Bubueci TV" from Bubuieci, mun. Chisinau) do not meet the conditions of the Authorization relay series AB nr. 000176 from 22.04.2013 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 3 TV stations: Беларусь РБК, CNN and 24;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 3 TV stations: Euronews, Taraf TV and Gold.
VII. "INNOCENT VILLAGE" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "S&P" from Slobozia Dusca, Criuleni) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000191 10. 04.2014 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 2 TV stations: at home in Moldova and good luck;
-outside of the offer is relayed station Vocea Basarabiei.
VIII. "JERRY F" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "ALEX" TV from Zubresti, Straseni) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000156 from 29.03.2012 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 2 TV stations: Euro TV and TV Gambling;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 3 TV: TVR, Etno TV and ТВ Мир.
     IX. "MEDIA" S.G.B. S.R.L. ("foundress" TV Studio in CTCT Cairaclia, Taraclia) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000166 from 07.09.2012 (annex 1). Namely:-offer the services of approved programs is not retransmitted CTC Mega station;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 2 TV stations: Euronews and ТВ Мир.
X. "ARTOBAGO" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "Carter" from Corten, Taraclia) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000140 from 19.04.2011 (annex 1). Namely:-offer the services of approved programs is not retransmitted station Ru TV Moldova;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 5 TV stations: NTS (Taraclia), GRT, Aiîn-Aciîc, Super TV and Disney Channel.
XI. "GERDAN" S.R.L. (founder of Studio TV "TV" from Cazaclia. Cazaclia GATU) does not comply with the conditions of the authorization for retransmission series AB nr. 000127 from 23.11.2010 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 2 TV stations: Ru TV Moldova and Euro TV;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted Euronews TV stations: 5, Soyuz, NTS (Taraclia), Super TV and Europe Plus TV.
XII. "TV 5" S.R.L. (founder of TV Studio "5" in the Chisinau municipality. Comrat, GAGAUZIA) does not comply with the conditions for broadcasting License series AA nr. 082865 from 13.10.2009 (annex 1). Namely:-offer services programs approved are not retransmitted 6 TV stations: National TV, Weather, Muzîka Pervogo, Auto Plus, Kuhnea TV and Park Razvlecenii;
-outside of the offer are retransmitted 4 TV stations: Sojuz, TV 3, Zvezda and Pereţ.
At the hearing, as a result of public debate, members of the BCC warned businesses "SPECTRAL" VIDEOMAG S.R.L. "," TERINIS "S.R.L.,-PLUS S.R.L.", "INNOCENT" VILLAGE, "JERRY S.R.L.-F" S.R.L., "MEDIA", S.G.B. S.R.L. "ARTOBAGO" S.R.L. "," and "GERDAN S.R.L. 5 TV" S.R.L. the necessity of strict respect for the supply of programmes retransmitted approved by CCA.
In the light of the findings and, in accordance with art. 28, 29, 37, 38, 40 of the broadcasting code and art. 36 para. (2) of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits relay, CCA

DECIDES: 1. To apply the public warning of enterprise "REBDACONS" S.R.L., founder of TV Studio "Rise-TV" in three Saints, Straseni, in accordance with art. 38 para. (2) (a). (e)), para. (3) (a). the broadcasting code), for derogations from article. 28 para. (1) of the broadcasting code, art. 36 para. (2) of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits relay and failure to comply with point 1.4, 2.2, 3.1, lit. (b) the retransmission consent series AB nr. 000137 from 25.03.2011, released "REBDACONS" S.R.L. (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o., m. BARBALATA OBI-HADIRCA, c. MÎŢU, Iu. CARLSON, B. DAMASCUS, A. CASTILLO, O. GUŢUŢUI, D. VALENTINO).
2. To apply the public warning "SKY-MAX" S.R.L., founder of SKY TV Studio-MAX from Sam, mun. Chisinau, according to art. 38 para. (2) (a). (e)), para. (3) (a). the broadcasting code), for derogations from article. 28 para. (1) of the broadcasting code, art. 36 para. (2) of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits relay and failure to comply with point 1.4, 2.2, 3.1, lit. 3. To apply the public warning of enterprise "ADEVINA" S.R.L., founder of TV Studio "Adevina TV" in s. Meslin, r-nul Cahul, according to art. 38 para. (2) (a). (e)), para. (3) (a). the broadcasting code), for derogations from article. 28 para. (1) of the broadcasting code, art. 36 para. (2) of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits relay and failure to comply with point 1.4, 2.2, 3.1, lit. (b) the retransmission consent series AB nr. 000144 from 18.05.2011, released "ADEVINA" S.R.L. (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o., m. BARBALATA OBI-HADIRCA, c. MÎŢU, Iu. CARLSON, B. DAMASCUS, A. 4. undertakings "REBDACONS S.R.L.", "SPECTRAL" GROUP S.R.L., SKY-MAX VIDEOMAG S.R.L. "," "," ADEVINA S.R.L. "S.R.L.," TERINIS-PLUS "S.R.L.," INNOCENT, "the village" JERRY S.R.L.-F "S.R.L.," MEDIA ", S.G.B. S.R.L." ARTOBAGO "S.R.L.", "and" GERDAN S.R.L. 5 TV "S.R.L. will halt immediately relay TV stations which are not provided for in the offer of services for programs retransmitted approved.
5. Direction control and digitalization will perform repeated checks on undertakings and their subsidiaries on the implementation of this decision.

7. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
