regarding the designation of the representatives of the CCA to the annual meeting of the Forum of the regulatory authorities of the countries of the Black Sea (BRAF) and allocation of funds necessary for the support of broadcasters Published: 11.12.2015 in Official Gazette No. 332-339 art No.: 2509 address The electronic media watchdog CCA received a letter from the Secretary general of the Forum regulators from countries of the Black Sea (BRAF) , Hamit ERSOY, inviting representatives of the CCA of Moldova to participate in the 6th annual meeting of the Forum of the regulatory authorities of the countries of the Black Sea (BRAF), which will take place in Yerevan, Armenia, 19-20 November 2015.
In accordance with the provisions of item 9 and 11 lit. (c) of the regulation on the management of the Fund for the support of broadcasters and approved by the CCA Decision nr. 125 from April 12, and article 19. 11 of the Statute of the CCA, approved by decision of the Parliament. 433 from 28.12.2006, CCA DECIDES: 1. To designate for participation at the 6th annual meeting BRAF, which will take place in Yerevan, Armenia, 19-20 November 2015, CCA: MÎŢU, Cristina Dinu CIOCAN and Iulia GUŢULEAC (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, m. OBI-HADIRCA, c. MÎŢU, Iu. CARLSON, B. DAMASCUS, O. BARBALATA, A. CASTILLO, O. GUŢUŢUI, D. VALENTINO).
2. To allocate the necessary financial resources from the Fund to support broadcasters to cover the costs of travel of representatives of the CCA (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, m. OBI-HADIRCA, c. MÎŢU, Iu. CARLSON, B. DAMASCUS, O. BARBALATA, A. CASTILLO, O. GUŢUŢUI, D. VALENTINO).
3. control of the execution of this decision it is engaged in the service of Foreign Affairs and European integration, and economics, finance and accounting.
4. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
