Recorded: the Ministry of justice no. 1081 on 1 December 2015 Minister _ _ _ Vladimir CAITHNESS In accordance with the provisions of article 8 paragraph 1. (1) (a). t) and art. 30 of law No. 124-18TH of 23 December 2009 regarding electricity (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no. 127-133, art. 311), the Board of Directors of the National Agency for energy regulation DECIDES: 1. to approve the rules of the electricity market (to be attached).
2. The judgment shall be repealed: the Board of the National Agency for energy regulation No. 75 of 12 December 2002 approving the rules of the electricity market (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, no. 30-34, art. 47).
The judgment of the Board of Directors of the National Agency for energy regulation No. 320 of 16 January 2009 approving the amendments and supplements to the rules of the electricity market (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, no. 41-44, art. 155), registered at the Ministry of Justice on 16 February 2009. 650.3. By way of derogation from the provisions of section 10 of the electricity market Rules, pending the appointment of a central supplier, distribution of electricity produced from sources covered by the Agency shall be made in accordance with decisions of the Agency and in accordance with agreements to purchase electricity concluded by the parties.
4. Subdivisions National Agency for regulation in energetics will monitor the application by the participants of the market of the electricity market Rules.
