Considering the complaint lodged on 4 December 2015
registered and declared admissible on the same date, examined the preliminary notification
said,
Considering documents and materials, deliberated
4 December 2015 closed hearing
to prevent imminent damage and negative consequences for energy security of the state,
Without prejudging the merits of the case, under Articles 135
in para. (1) a) of the Constitution, paragraph 251. (1) and (2) pt. 2) of the Law on Constitutional Court, 6, 71 para. (1) and (2) pt. 2), 61 and 64 of the Code of Constitutional Court Constitutional

DECIDED:

1. Parliament Decision No action shall be suspended. 224 of December 3, 2015 revoking the decisions of the Parliament on the appointment of Directors Board of the National Agency for Energy Regulation.
2. It prohibit any action to implement the decision of Parliament suspended.
March. This Decision shall enter into force upon adoption and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
