By decision no. 3845 of 13 August 2015, the Central Election Commission has raised in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the elected list Carp Ion Democratic Party in Bălăureşti Village Council, Nisporeni.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, a council mandate rests in Bălăureşti Village Council Bejan Oleg alternate candidate on the list of Democratic Party, confirmed by the Court's judgment of 22 June 2015 Nisporeni
In pursuant to art. 18 para. (2), paragraph 133. (12) of the Electoral Code 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 pts. 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. It assigns council mandate in Bălăureşti Village Council, Nisporeni, Bejan Oleg alternate candidate on the Democratic Party ticket.
2. It preavizează Bejan Oleg adviser on the obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
March. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
