By decision no. 4025 of 15 September 2015, the Central Election Commission put the mandate of the elected list Juravets Valeriu Communist Party of Moldova Donduşeni District Council and set the deadline of 10 days for the submission of documents required by the Commission mandate next award alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, a council mandate rests in Donduşeni District Council candidate Grigory Jelăuc alternate on the list of the Moldovan Communist Party, confirmed by the Court's judgment of 3 July 2015. Donduşeni mandate award took into account the statements of deputy candidates and Rotaru Marian Alexandra Mironova on the list of the Party of Communists, which they refuse to award the mandate adviser.
Pursuant to art. 18, art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​25, 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It assigns council mandate in Donduşeni District Council, Grigory Jelăuc alternate candidate on the list of the Party of Communists.
2. It preavizează adviser Grigory Jelăuc the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
March. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
