According Timetable for actions to organize and conduct new local elections of 15 November 2015 approved by CEC Decision no. 4078 of 29 September 2015 deadline for the establishment of the Central Election Commission of the overall cap of funds that can be transferred to the account "Electoral Fund" of the contestant is October 13, 2015. The ceiling of this means, in accordance with art. 38 para. (2) d) of the Election Code, shall be determined taking as a basis the coefficient multiplied by the number of electors in the constituency where the election is taking place.
As a basis when determining the coefficient has taken the average salary for the year preceding the election, the size of the coefficient of 0.5% of the average wage respectively. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the average salary in 2014 is 4172.00 lei, so the size of the coefficient is calculated 20.86 lei.
For these reasons, under Articles 18 and 38 para. (2) d) of the Electoral Code 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It sets the ceiling on funds that can be transferred to the fund of the electoral competitor to the new local elections of 15 November 2015 from the norm of 20.86 lei per voter:
- c. Spoon, r. Cantemir - 20 86 lei x 1205 (number of voters) = 25136.30 lei;
- S. Coşerniţa, r. Criuleni - 20.86 lei x 1106 (number of voters) = 23071.16 lei.
2. Is entrusted electoral constituencies communal councils and village to inform candidates about the ceiling on funds that can be transferred to the fund of the electoral competitor approved by this decision.
March. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
