Rîşcova village council secretary, Criuleni, the Central Election Commission submitted resignation adviser Sergei Ostafii elected Moldovan Communist Party ticket and documents necessary mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, a council mandate rests in Rîşcova Village Council Mironov Vergenica alternate candidate on the list of the Party of Communists of Moldova, Criuleni confirmed by the Court's judgment of 18 June 2015. In awarding the mandate took into account the statement of Constantin Munteanu alternate candidate on the same party list, which it refuses award councilor mandate.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the elected list Ostafii Sergei Party of Communists in Rîşcova Village Council.
2. It assigns council mandate in Rîşcova Village Council, Criuleni, Mironov Vergenica alternate candidate on the list of the Party of Communists.
March. Mironov is preavizează adviser Vergenica the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
