Sîngerei District Council Secretary of the Central Election Commission submitted the resignation of councilor Maria Condorachi elected on the Democratic Party ticket.
However, by decision no. 4178 2 October 2015, the Central Election Commission declared vacant a term of District Council Singerei counselor and set the deadline of 10 days for the submission of documents required by the Commission mandate next award alternate candidate on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission mandates advisor in their respective District Council Singerei Prociuc Ludmila alternate candidates on the list of Democratic Party and Ion Butnariuc the Liberal Democratic Party ticket. Lists of deputy candidates were confirmed by the Court's judgment of 29 June 2015. Sîngerei of mandates took into account the statement of the candidate Valentina Osoianu alternate on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party, which it refuses to award the mandate adviser.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of Maria Condorachi selected list of Democratic Party in Sîngerei District Council.
2. It assigns mandates adviser District Council Singerei Prociuc Ludmila alternate candidates on the list of Democratic Party and Ion Butnariuc the Liberal Democratic Party ticket.
March. It preavizează Prociuc Ludmila advisers and Ion Butnariuc the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
