Secretary of village Topala, Cimislia sent the Central Election Commission request to resign advisers Comerzan Alexander chose the list of Democratic Party and Poplar Nicholas chosen list Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, and the documents required attribution of councilors' mandates following deputy candidates .
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission mandates advisor in their respective Village Council Topala Poplar Fyodor alternate candidates on the list of Democratic Party and Valentina Plop the Liberal Democratic Party ticket. Lists of deputy candidates were confirmed by decision of the Court of 6 July 2015. Cimişlia of mandates were considered alternate candidates Sacara Iurie statements, Gribineţ Elena, Blaj Ana, Căpăţînă Ion, Ion Grişcă on the list of Democratic Party candidates and alternates Nadejda Costas and Michael Cerna on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party, which they refuse to award the mandate adviser.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Amounts in connection with requests for resignation, Alexander Comerzan mandates councilors elected on the Democratic Party ticket and Plop Nicolae elected Liberal Democratic Party ticket in Topala Village Council.
2. It assigns mandates Topala village councils, Cimislia Poplar Fyodor alternate candidates on the list of Democratic Party and Valentina Plop the Liberal Democratic Party ticket.
March. It preavizează counseling Valentina Plop Plop Fyodor and the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
