By decision no. 3972 of 1 September 2015 the Central Election Commission raised mandates advisers Iftode Victor chosen list Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and Saviţki Elena selected list of Democratic Party in the Village Council Borogani, Leova, without assigning mandates alternate candidates, since statements the consimţămîmt thereof have not been submitted. On 15 October 2015 the Commission presented to the declarations of consent by the city council secretary.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission mandates advisor in their respective Village Council Borogani Carp Ion alternate candidates on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party and Hurciuc Ion on the list of Democratic Party, confirmed by the decision Leova Court of 22 June 2015. under Article
. 18, art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It assigns mandates Borogani village councils, Leova, Ion Carp alternate candidates on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party and Hurciuc Ion on the list of Democratic Party.
2. It preavizează advisers Carp Ion and Ion Hurciuc the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
March. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
