Secretary City Council Edinet Edinet, conveyed the Central Election Commission request to resign advisers Gheorghiţă Sergiu chosen list of the Party of Communists and Sorocan Vitalie elected on the list of Democratic Party, and the documents required attribution of councilors' mandates following deputy candidates .

Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. 1. Amounts in connection with requests for resignation, Sergiu Gheorghiţă mandates councilors elected on the Communist Party in Moldova and Vitalie Sorocan elected Democratic Party ticket in Edineţ Town Council.
2. It assigns mandates adviser Town Council Edinet Edinet, Victor Voina alternate candidates on the list of the Party of Communists and Valentin Stadler on the list of Democratic Party.
March. Voina is preavizează advisers and Victor Valentin Stadler on the obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
