By decision no. 4066 of 15 September 2015, the Central Election Commission put the mandate of the elected list Gaidarji Anghelina political party "Our Party" in Taraclia District Council. Taraclia district president of the Central Election Commission submitted the required documents and the resignation of councilor Ivan Topal chose the same party list and the documents for the award next mandate adviser alternate candidate.

pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. 1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, Ivan Topal mandate of the elected list of political party "Our Party" in Taraclia District Council.
