San Diego City Council Secretary, Basarabeasca district, Central Electoral Commission demands the resignation of councilors Andrei Mikhailov chose the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, Cimpoeș V elected Political party list "our party" and Boudreau party Olga chosen political "party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents in its possession, Central Electoral Commission mandates of Councillor in Basarabeasca City Council incumbent candidates alternate Cosian Liparit on the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, the Chief of party Svetlana "our party" and Chris on the Cais political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova". Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court of 6 July 2015 Basarabeasca. 
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with paragraphs 23 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Amounts in connection with applications for resignation, Andrei Mihailov Councilors elected mandates on the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, Cimpoeș V elected Political party list "our party" and Boudreau party Olga chosen political "party of Socialists of Moldova" in the City Council.
2. mandates are assigned a counselor in the San Diego City Council, Basarabeasca, Liparit Cosian of alternate candidates in the list of Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, the Chief of party Svetlana "our party" and Chris on the Cais political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
3. preavizează Cosian, Liparit advisors Chief Saifullah and Cais Lagan on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in its case.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
