In a sign of deep pain caused by passing into eternity to Queen Anne of Romania, Moldova's President d e c r e t e z: article 1. -august 13, 2016 shall be declared as a day of mourning.
Art. 2.-the day of august 13, 2016, in all localities of the Republic, as well as in diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Moldova abroad: a) will be hoisted at half mast flags;
b) at 10.00, will honor the memory of Queen Anne of Romania through a moment of silence.
Art. 3.-it is recommended that: (a) public authorities), enterprises and organizations to abandon the pursuit on day 13 august 2016, has fun with actions;
b) media institutions to take into account the specifics of 13 august 2016 when editing publications and the training programs of this day.
Art. 4.-This Decree shall enter into force on the date of signature.
