In accordance with the provisions of law No. 1456-XII of 25 May 1993 on pharmaceutical activity (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr. 59-61, art. 200), with subsequent amendments and additions, the law No. 1409-XIII of 17 December 1997 regarding drugs, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government decision No. 603 of 2 July 1997 on approval of the regulations on formation of prices of medicines and other pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products, Government decision No. 525 of 22 June 2010 approving the regulation on how the approval and registration of producer prices and in order to ensure the security of the population in the Republic of Moldova and pharmaceuticals, as well as in accordance with point 9 of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of health, approved by Government decision No. 397 of 31 May 2011, with modifications and additions to ORDON subsequent: 1. Approval of the list of medicinal products with the producer prices recorded in accordance with the annex. 1.2. Approving the list of generics priced reassessed following the approval of prices of medicines, according to the annex. 2.3. The inclusion of producer prices approved in the national catalogue for one calendar year.
4. Placing the present order on the website of the Agency of the medicines and medical devices.
5. Publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
