Pursuant to art. 11 (1), Article 27 para. (1) c), article 51 a) and 52 of Law No. 548-XIII of 21 July 1995 on the National Bank of Moldova (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic, 2015 nr.297-300, art.544) and article 67 of Law No.62-XVI of 21 March 2008 on currency regulation (Official Gazette of the Republic Moldova, 2008, 127-130, art.496), as amended and supplemented, the Executive Board of the National Bank

DECIDES:

1. It repeals sections 3.4, 4.4 and 5.2 of the Instruction on cash import / export to / from Moldova by banks, approved by the Decision of Board of the National Bank of Moldova No. 340 of 18 November 1998 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova 1998 nr.109-110, 219), as amended and supplemented.
2. Latest reports "Report amounts of cash brought to Moldova by resident banks and non-resident" and "Report on the amount of cash taken Moldovan banks by residents and nonresidents", prepared in accordance with Appendix and Appendix No.4 to No.3 the statement specified in paragraph 1 of this decision, will be presented in December 2015 at the latest on 10 January 2016. 3
. This decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
