Pursuant to article 1. 37 of the law on State registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs nr. 220 of 19 October, 2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 184-187, 711, November 30, 2007) and art. 3, para. (1) of the law on metrology of nr. 647-XIII of 17 November 1995 (Monitorul Oficial of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, no. 13, art. 124, republished: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova ", Special Edition on April 15, 2008), I HEREBY ORDER: 1. approve the changes to the General regulations of legal metrology the Ministry of economy approved by the order No. 114 of 2 July 2012 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 237-241, 1377):-RGML 01:2012 national metrology system. Designation under the national system for Metrology "and-RGML 02:2012" national metrology System. Conditions for granting technical approval, registration, "according to the annex.
2. this order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Ministry of economy.
3. this order shall be sent to the National Institute of Metrology for placement on the website and publication in the magazine "Metrology".
