Following examination of an application for a licence, having the stock society Moldova STOCK EXCHANGE "(bd Stefan cel Mare 73, and Holy. Chisinau, 1003600004978), on WHOSE BEHALF under article 8 c) article 21, paragraph 2. (1) and article 25 paragraph 1. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 140 paragraph 1. (1) of law No. 11.07.2012 171 from "capital market" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 193-197, 665), paragraphs 128 and item 129 of the regulation on the licensing and authorization of capital market, approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 56/11 of 14.11.2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 1-10, art. 11), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. reperfectează carrier licence market NCFM series No. 000823 awarded joint-stock Company "STOCK EXCHANGE of Moldova" on May 11, 2015, indefinitely, by substitution with licence amendment to the annex to section 1 as follows: "the words" regulated market "shall be replaced with the words" one or more regulated market and/or multilateral trading systems (MTF) "."
2. Control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the General securities supervisory authority.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
