On October 20, 2015 have been filed with the Central Election Commission the resignation of councilor elected Igor Christmas Liberal Party list in Cojuşna Village Council, Straseni, and declaration of consent to the following alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, a council mandate rests in Cojuşna Village Council Buffalo Valeria alternate candidate on the Liberal Party list, confirmed by the Court's judgment of 6 July 2015 Straseni
Under Article . 18, art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​17, 23 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of Christmas Igor chose the Liberal Party list in Cojuşna Village Council.
2. It assigns council mandate in Cojuşna Village Council, Straseni, Valeria Buffalo alternate candidate on the Liberal Party list.
March. Valeria is preavizează Buffalo adviser on the obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
