By decision no. 3879 of 13 August 2015, the Central Election Commission put the mandate of Andrei Moraru elected Liberal Democratic Party ticket in Rădoaia Village Council, Singerei. By the same decision, the Commission notified Sîngerei District Court on the need to correct the material error in judgment admitted that consists in writing incorrect alternate candidate whose surname was to be awarded the mandate became vacant. On August 17 the Central Election Commission has received the decision corrected the Court Sîngerei, and on October 23 the secretary of the village Rădoaia sent the declaration of consent to the following alternate candidate, Mr Cibotaru Michael, notifying the Commission that it returned to the country on 23 October and only then was it possible to complete the declaration.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the Village Council councilor mandate rests Rădoaia alternate candidate on the list Cibotaru Michael Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, confirmed by the Court's judgment of 30 June 2015 Sîngerei
pursuant to art. 18, art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It assigns council mandate in Rădoaia Village Council, Singerei, Michael Cibotaru alternate candidate on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party.
2. It preavizează adviser Michael Cibotaru the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
March. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
