establishing the Commission of inquiry for the evaluation exercise of the powers of State authorities in the process of monitoring the execution of the commitments deriving from the contract of concession assets contained in the management of State Enterprise "International Chisinau Airport" and their land plot

Art. 1. The Commission shall be formed of-inquiry for the evaluation exercise of the powers of State authorities in the process of monitoring the execution of the commitments deriving from the contract of concession assets contained in the management of State Enterprise "International Chisinau Airport" and their land plot is composed of the following: Chairman parliamentary Fraction CHIEF Imran-the Liberal Democratic Party Vice President Oleg LIPSKII-the parliamentary Fraction of the party of Socialists of Moldova Ion CASIAN-Secretary of The parliamentary Liberal Party Members BAE Vasile-parliamentary Fraction Party of Socialists of Moldova AAA parliamentary Fraction Angel-Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Galina BALMOȘ-parliamentary Fraction of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova ZAGORODNÎI Anatolie-parliamentary Fraction of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova Vladimir ABIM-parliamentary Fraction of the Democratic Party of Moldova, Serghei SÎRBU-parliamentary Fraction of the Democratic Party of Moldova.
Art. 2.-the Board of inquiry shall submit to Parliament, within 2 months, report on the evaluation of the exercise of the powers of State authorities in the process of monitoring the execution of the commitments deriving from the contract of concession assets contained in the management of State Enterprise "International Chisinau Airport" and the land plot (contract No. 4/03 of 30 august 2013) and on compliance with the State's interest in signing the concession contract.
Art. 3.-This decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
