on the establishment of the Special Commission for the selection of candidates for the post of Ombudsman for children's rights



Published: 25.12.2015 in Official Gazette No. 347-360 art no: 667: date of coming into force pursuant to article 20.11.2015. 32 of regulation of the Parliament and of art. 7 para. (1) of law No. 52 of 3 April 2009 regarding the Ombudsman (the Ombudsman), the Parliament has adopted the following decision.
Art. 1. The Special Commission be set up-for the selection of candidates for the post of Ombudsman for children's rights, which is composed of the following: the Commission on human rights and interethnic relations: SMIRNOV E-parliamentary faction representing the party of Socialists of Moldova-SADR faction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova;
from the Commission legal appointments and immunities: Alla DOLINȚĂ-parliamentary faction representing the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova, Serghei SÎRBU-parliamentary faction representing the Democratic Party of Moldova Ion CASIAN-parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party.
Art. 2.-the Special Commission, within 30 days, will present candidates for Parliament's Ombudsman for children's rights, with opinions.
Art. 3.-This decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
