relating to work and services for a fee, charges for services, training and use of revenue collected by the authorities/institutions subordinated to the Ministry of education



Published: 25.12.2015 in Official Gazette No. 347-360 art Nr: 976 in order execution. 43 para. (2) of the law on public finance and budgetary-fiscal responsibility nr. 181 of 25 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 223-230, art. 519), with subsequent additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve: nomenclature of the works and/or services provided against payment of the higher education institutions of State operating in conditions of financial autonomy from the Ministry of Education, according to the annex 1;
Nomenclature and prices for works and/or services rendered against payment by the authorities/institutions of the Ministry of Education, with the exception of higher education institutions in terms of financial autonomy, according to the annex 2;
The regulation on mode of training and use of revenue collected by the authorities/institutions of the Ministry of Education, according to the annex 3.
2. the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers shall abrogate some, according to annex 4.
