To achieve the provisions laid down in the law on public finances and budgetary-fiscal responsibility no. 181 of 25 July 2014 and accounting law No. 111-XVI of 27 April 2007, ORDON: 1. to approve:-the chart of accounts and accountability in the budgetary system and the detailed rules on accounting and financial reporting in the budget system, according to annex 1.
-Correspondence of accounts accounting relating to the execution of the budget components of the national public budget, according to the annex 2.
-The forms of accounts, according to the annex 3.
-Monthly reports, quarterly Forms and, according to annex 4.
2. Shall be repealed:-order of the Minister of Finance No. 93 of 19 July 2010 approving Statement regarding accounting in budgetary institutions, with subsequent amendments and additions.
-Order of the Minister of Finance No. 94 of 19 July 2010 approving Statement about the centralized accounting in contabilităţile within the mayoralties of villages (communes), towns, with subsequent amendments and additions.
-Order of the Minister of Finance No. 92 of 24 June 2013 with regard to approval of Accounting Policy for budgetary institutions, with subsequent amendments and additions.
-Minister of finance Order No. 185 of December 23, 2013 approving and repeal of monthly, quarterly and annual, with subsequent amendments and additions.
-Minister of finance Order No. 51 of 16 august 2004 concerning the approval of the instruction "on the accounts of the execution of the budget of the district, municipal, municipal and central budget of the autonomous territorial unit with special legal status in directions finance", with subsequent amendments and additions.
3. This order comes into force January 1, 2016.
