Pursuant to article 1. 286 of the tax code no. 1163-XIII of 24 April 1997 (reprinted in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, special release), with subsequent amendments and additions, as well as of the Ministry of finance concerning the manner of payment and records of payments to the national public budget through the Treasury system of the Ministry of Finance in the year 2016 nr. 180 from 12.10.2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 324-329/2283 from 04.12.2015), ORDON: 1. To approve a standard form of notification of payment of the tax on immovable property, as defined in annex.
2. To repeal the order Ministry of finance regarding the approval of a standard form of notice of payment of immovable property tax no. 44 from 09.04.2012 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 76-79/488 from 20.04.2015).
3. This order shall come into force as from 1 January 2016.
4. territorial tax Inspectorates will bring to their attention the present order services for collecting local taxes and fees within mayoralties.
5. The Directorate-General of taxes and levies methodology within the main State Tax Inspectorate shall ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
