(2) of the law of public finances and budgetary-fiscal responsibility nr. 181 of 25 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 223-230, art. 519), and pursuant to section 6 para. 2) and para. 4) of Government decision No. 1265 of 14 November 2008 on the regulation of the activity of the Ministry of Finance "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, # 208-209, art. 1278), with amendments and additions to ORDON subsequent: 1. Shall be approved: (a) budgetary Structure, Clasificaţiei) according to the annex 1;
b organizational Classification): • a. bodies of central public authorities, in accordance with Annex 2;
• B. public authorities Organs, according to the annex 3;
c) detailed rules on the application of organizational Clasificaţiei in accordance with Annex No.4;
d) Classification pursuant to annex II, no. 5;
e) detailed rules on the application of functional Clasificaţiei according to annex 6;
f) Classification of programmes: • a. programmes and subprogrammes in accordance with Annex 7;
• B. Activities, according to annex 8;
g) detailed rules on the application of Clasificaţiei programs, according to annex 9;
h) Classification of sources, according to annex 10;
I) Classification, in accordance with Annex 11;
j) detailed rules on the application of economic Clasificaţiei according to annex 12;
2. This order:-shall be implemented as from 1 January 2016;
-to be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Ministry.
3. With the implementation of this order are hereby repealed: order of the Minister of Finance No. 190 concerning budgetary 31.12.2014 from Clasificația;
Order No. 91 of 20.10.2008 concerning budgetary Clasificația (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no. 195-196, art. 581), with subsequent amendments and additions;
Order No. 119 of 29.12.2008 concerning the register of special funds (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, 7-9, 10), as amended and supplemented;
Order No. 6 of 19.01.2009 donor Registry with respect to (the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, 27-29, art. 90), with subsequent amendments and additions.
