Under article 133, paragraph 1. (1) (a). c) and article 190 paragraphs 1 and 2. (4) of the tax code no. 1163-XIII of 24 April 1997 (reprinted: Official Gazette of the RM, Special Edition from 08.02.2007), with subsequent amendments and additions, in order to improve tax administration, as well as direct attachment of Central and local public authorities entrusted with the powers concerned at SIA "taxpayer current account" (register of Licences): i. ORDON to be completed in relation to obligations concerning the Statement of budget records, approved by order No. MSTI 400 14 March 2014, as follows: 1. Chapter XVII from Instruction is supplemented with a new point 109 as follows: ' 109. Direct connection to Central and local public authorities entrusted with the powers concerned at SIA "taxpayer" current account (register of Licences) shall be made on the basis of an agreement with the authority, concluded between the MSTI public and State Enterprise "Fiscservinform", in accordance with the Annex. '.
II. the responsibility of enforcing the provisions in question lies with the Deputy Chief of MSTI, Mr. Yuri Melissa.
III. The Directorate and statistical methodology, records of MSTI will bring this to the attention of all Order of the territorial State inspectorates and other bodies concerned and the present order will ensure the publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
