In order to ensure the execution of large-scale topographic rises within the territory of the Republic of Moldova with a normative-technical base, ORDON: 1. Approving the statement to lift the stairs 1: topographic 5000, 1:2000, 1:1000, 1:500 and run prospecţiunilor inginero-GEODESIC construction.
2. Compliance with the regulatory requirements set out in section 1 of this order is compulsory for all enterprises, organizations and institutions providing topographical, geodetic works and mapping in Moldova regardless of departmental affiliation.
3. The Agency's Legal Department, within 10 days after the approval, will coordinate the Act described as Ministry of ecology, construction and territorial development will be presented and a Ministry of Justice towards the State registration. Institute "INGEOCAD" will multiply 60 copies of the nominated normative act, and will this Fund State Geodetic Cartografo-Agency for use later.
5. payment shall be made according to the estimate of expenditure from budgetary funds approved by the valorization program of works performed by the Institute "INGEOCAD" for 2003.
6. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of Mr. Gagnon Division principal Burton, head of Geodesy and cartography of the Agency.
