Having regard to the request of the administrator of the insolvency process AS "EUROASIG GRUP" S.A. with the stay of the cancellation privre with securities within the account no. 135PJ11 customer ledger and opened "Valinvest" S.A., pursuant to article 74 paragraph 1. (1) article 75 para. (1) d) and art. 130 paragraph 1. (1) of the Insolvency Law No. 149 29.06.2012 (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 193-197, art. 663), art. 1, art. 9 para. (1) (a)), article 21, para. (2), article 22 para. (3) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. The National Ordinance shall be repealed Commission of Financial Market nr. 36/12-a from 02.08.2013 "With regard to the application of the restrictions" (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 13, 173-176, section 1219).
2. control of the execution of this order will be put in charge of the Directorate-General Directorate-General for insurance supervision and securities supervision.
3. this Ordinance shall enter into force in accordance with article 22, paragraph 2. (3) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market".
