NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:

1. Records in the state register of securities: Securities 1.1
according to reports on results of additional issue of shares of Company stock:
- Printing "RANGE SOUTH" (str. Mikhail Frunze 62, t. Cahul, IDNO 1002603000446) amounting to 420 000 lei in the number of 42 000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 10 lei with state registration number MD14DESU1002 the expense of converting debt lenders;
- Insurance Company "KLASSIKA INSURANCE" (str. Tarii 59, mun., IDNO 1003600129440) amounting to 5.3 million lei in 5300 number of ordinary shares with nominal value of 1000 lei with registration number MD14SIKA1003 of State funds account.
1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities of foreign-capital enterprise "MTV-WEST Kishinev BOTTLING COMPANY" SA (IDNO 1003600136657) number 20 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14MTVK1001 as a result of liquidation.
2. This decision shall enter into force in accordance with art. 22 of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market".
