Under article 6 para. (1) (a). of article 14) and para. (1) (a). b) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, article 8 paragraph 3. (2) of law No. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 concerning public property of administrative-territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 124-125, art. 611), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. shall provide, free of charge, with the agreement of the local Council Cotul Morii, Hîncești district, the State-owned assets, which come under the management of Ministry of regional development and Construction in the public domain of the village Cotul Morii , Hîncești, as follows: a) the streets of Leușoaia sector (for villages Cotul Morii and Sarateni) worth 396.67 lei 25 266;
b) immovable property, primary school-kindergarten children for 225 seats worth 27.10 lei 32 637;
c) networks of water supply from municipality 4 059 worth 191.26 lei.
2. send, free of charge, with the agreement of the local Council Cotul Morii, Hîncești, public property of the State in the management of State Enterprise "State Road Administration" from the administration of the Ministry of transport and road infrastructure, the local road towards the new neighbourhood of the village worth 629.63 lei 7 380, in the public domain of the village Cotul Morii, Hîncești.
3. the Ministry of regional development and Construction, jointly with the Ministry of transport and road infrastructure (S.e. "State Road Administration"), the local Council of the village Cotul Morii, Hîncești district, will set up committees on delivery-delivery of goods, ensuring the transmission within 60 days in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of businesses, organizations, State institutions , their subdivisions, building, buildings, fixed assets and other assets, approved by Government decision No. 688 of 9 October 1995 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, no. 10, art. 45), as amended and supplemented.
4. The Agency for land Relations and cadastre, in conjunction with the local Council, Cotul Morii will ensure the change needed in the cadastral documentation, in accordance with the legislation in force.
